F1 2025 Livery launch and reveal

Absolutely unwatchable show.
What a joke this sport is becoming !
Ps : Congrats Ferrari for the worst livery since … forever.

The Mercedes and Haas livery are both excellent. The best looking to me at least.

Pertinent to this comments earlier in the thread what was your reaction to Red Bull dramatizing their appeal among different car clubs and enthusiasts of a particular age bracket?

It was certainly different from everyone else and an attempt to be cool. If best of the worst counts for something.

 

I think the theme to RedBulls intro was we all love anything on 4 wheels and we all have something in common.

well Hami does like black cars. I predicted this way back when he signed.

 

I actually like the livery minus the white. Give HP a refund and delete the white.

 

Looks like some wild **** with the inlets.

 

I didn't care about the presentation, or the liveries, colours, etc ...
All I want is to be able to recognize easily the cars during a race, and this seems to have been satisfied so far.

 

The look from the top actually does not look bad at all, it's the F wheels that I have a problem with. They look abysmal and make the car look kiddish,
like a Tonka F1 car. I'm not sure what the spec for the 2026 rules are, but I hope there is massive improvement there.

 

I don´t think the idea of the show is bad per se but I barely got to see the cars with all that light show. Also I didn´t know if I was watching new cars or old cars with new livery, a bit confusing. I skipped the music parts, and the comedy probably was written by Kimi Raikkonen. Overall I prefer the old method: every team has its own launch and their moment under the spotlight.

The white stripe in the Ferrari could have worked if it was thinner like in the prototypes. But hey, if it wins it will be the best looking F1 in 16 years.

 

The wheels still have covers for 2026, but they are flatter and more open in the center - so the ugly convex trash lid look is seemingly going away, thankfully...

I enjoyed the show. Something different for a change. The VCARB is nice, Merc is nice. The 2023 Ferrari with the black wheels remains the best livery from Ferrari this era.

 

HP colors are blue and white. But yeah it would look better yellow.

 

The pictures Ferrari put out after of the actual car seem interesting . The inlets, if real, have a LOT going on.

 

I'm also looking forward to Carlos at Williams. This year I'm a two team person.

 

Way too much white and too much black on the wings. The gratuitous use of the hp logo is heinous again. At least the red looks classy.

 

Maybe they could have talent judges like Simon Cowell and Beyoncé……..

 

Stop messing with tradition. You’re not attracting anyone to the sport with this **** show

 

a disaster as usual for F1. and what a crap livery from ferrari. There's 102 sponsor stickers from front to back.

Tried to watch some of it live. Couldn't do it but went right to the vehicle parts. Loved that part of it. The teams brought some interesting introduction video's and character to the stage. The best version of the whole show is it clipped down to 15 minutes
