I'd love to see it, I've thought about buying some vintage watches but I just don't know enough about them. Other than the old GP pocket watch conversion that I posted about a while back.

Seiko SNZG15 (JDM). Purchased for about $125 in 2018. Love it. Understated but gets plenty of compliments. Image Unavailable, Please Login Bought my sixteen year old son the new Seiko SSK023 GMT (also JDM) for Christmas. His first "big boy" watch. Around $400 I think. He's happy with it. Lot of watch for the $. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I can pretty much make what folks like PM me for more details. I like chronographs. I use the Sugess ( Venus ) st1901 movement. Usually I'm using either Seiko. Miyota, or ETA 2824 movements. I have used ETA 77500 series for chrono's but they are pretty thick and dont give that nice "snap" when you click the buttons. Right now I'm working on a series of hand painted dials, that are out of Historic Patek Philippe Catalogue. Some pics... and I have a couple of watches over $1000.... more like $2500 to be exact..... So I was never into watches. I had Timex Ironmans and then Garmins. I still wear my Garmin 90% of the time. The exception almost like Ferraris, I fell in love with Movados at first sight. It was my dress watch, but 2000’s version was pretty small, maybe a 36 or 38 at most. A few years ago I got another Movado, still think it is so beautiful within the simplicity. Probably my next watch, the ultimate watch for musicians....the Seiko Metronome/tuning quartz watch. Less than $250 new. Comes in a variety of colors Image Unavailable, Please Login

Seiko day yesterday. This is snot a stock Seiko, bought it from a guy who "mods" them and sells them. All Seiko guts, movement hands dial etc. But he adds things like a different case, ceramic bezel, and the NATO strap. First NATO strap I've owned and I kinda like it. Took a little getting used to. This morning's selection . . . TIMEX. around a couple hundred bucks, maybe it was less. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Today's....Seiko Ice Diver. Love this watch but it needs to go back for the third time for service sometime. After the first two, broken stem supposedly (which isn't covered under warranty?!?) and the other it just wasn't running right.....it still loses minutes per day and wintbwind properly. Shouldn't be that way at all. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Gifted this today by my brother for my 40th. Love it! This will do just fine while the real deal is away for servicing. Image Unavailable, Please Login
