On auto trader there are 91 F430s for sale. 36 are coupes. 11 are Rosa Corsa In short the cars are pretty rare. You add all your requirements and you might be lucky to find one. Sticky buttons is a non-issue. Fuel pumps were only an issue on some early 2005s; not a big issue. Good luck.
Too funny - I just bought the exact car you're describing, minus the daytona seats. But don't get hung up the "buying from dealer" - I bought this one from a dealer, but it was on consignment and I was able to get all the service records from the owner. I am selling my F430, it ticks all your boxes except color. Mine is white. Has a lot of tasteful mods. If you are willing to consider something other than rosso corsa, then reach out.
