If it's like pretty much all the dealers, they will disassemble the parts and send them out to StickyRX or StickyNoMore for refinishing. You are paying the dealer's hourly rate to disassemble/reassemble pls whatever the refinishing cost is. You can visit the above websites for more info.

Ferrari of Palm Beach did it to my F12 and it was great. Expensive but worth it. Have no idea what they do but they got it done in 2 days so they weren't sending parts out or anything.

Maybe they just put new buttons on it?

Ferrari of FLL quoted me around 7k to do the ones on my Pista; should be pretty much the same at all the dealers.

Not for the $4K they charged. They do all the buttons and all the plastics, steering column, mirror, vents, etc.

That's impressive business - while other manufacturers often need to provide compensations to their customers when they deliver s**y products, Ferrari makes additional service money.
That was my grumpy remark of the day :p

We can help - Email for info - www.stickynomore.com We also have alot of independents shops that work with us hand in hand, usually much cheaper than the dealer. Drop off your car and pick it back up a couple weeks later completed and ready to go.

Ferrari here does the same thing. If they are getting it done in 2 days. That means they have extra parts they already refinished and just swapping out. Or they are removing the sticky while on the car and spraying a matte coat on top to give it flat oem look. Ive seen the work, its actually really not bad because you dont have to remove anything. But the stickyRX solution is forever and this is just a bandaid.

I agree, there is NO WAY they are removing the parts and properly refinishing them in two days. Would not be advantageous to swap new parts, 75% of the time, they are backordered or NLA from Ferrari.
