That makes little sense, you come up with comparisons without really having tested it live. Here is your answer:
An 812 SF sounds slightly throatier and more aggressive than an 812 GTS. Because the early models of the 812SF don't have an OPF. The Competizione has an OPF but also sounds significantly throatier and more aggressive than an 812 GTS because of the exhaust tailpipe and the sheet metal above it. The Competizione is the loudest of all 3 and who sounds best is a matter of feeling. But an 812 SF and a Competizione sound pretty similar except for the intake noise and the downshifts, which are unique to the Competizione.

I have owned an 812 GTS for over year and remain 100% satisfied with my purchase. I have driven both the 812 Comp and the 812 Comp A. I have not driven any of these at or near the "limits". I will never track my 812 GTS. I love the convertible...particularly when it become a coupe with the top up or on. in my opinion the major difference in driving experience is the stiffer suspension in the comp versions. I could not detect any other significant difference other perhaps a somewhat better exhaust sound in the comps. I believe the performance differences can only be fully appreciated on the track. I my experience as an observer the comp owners also have an 812 SF and or an 812 GTS . Those are the ones they actually drive and enjoy. The Competizione and the Competizione A are being carefully saved for YOU, the potential 2nd owner and source of their profit on their investment. Base price of a 2024 812 Comp was $598,748-! Base price of the 2024 812 Comp A was $694,748-! Had I been able to get an allotment I would have bought either, preferably the Comp A. I would then have patiently waited for YOU to make me $$$$, while driving and enjoying my 812 GTS. I was recently offered an 812 GTS Comp A for $3.4M. It has apparently sold, thus making its original owner very happy! I will either keep my 812 GTS or perhaps step up to one even nicer if given the right opportunity. the 812 GTS is the one to own if you want to actually drive it.

 

There are Comps and Comp. Apertas for sale in US as well but most of deals happens behind curtains I was lucky that I got mine of good time

Comp vs GTS, youre not wrong in terms of an initial impressions. Having spent some miles with both, you could say the Comp A is kind of like a super super version of the GTS. It feels more special just to sit in it. The exhaust is louder and a little clearer (this could really just be the extra volume), the dynamics are sharper and also a bit more natural whereas with the GTS the rear steer can make itself felt every now and then in repeating hard cornering, the Comp with its newer independent rear steer feels more of a natural experience and frankly is almost mid engine car feeling. It’s quite remarkable. The throttle response is a bit sharper too. You could say its like sport mode on the Comp is like race mode on the GTS and race mode on the Comp is like if the GTS had not just a super race mode, but a super super race mode…. You can definitely feel the relation, and in most driving, you are right, the GTS is the car that you will say its close enough, its still awesome, because of the engine, the handling is already at a tremendous level, and most won’t feel as bad by piling on the miles. Just my own experience. Carry on fellas

Local dealer just sold a coupe for $1.7 usd, and have an unadvertised Comp-A for $2.5 usd. Sticker for the A was $862,000.
