    The latest update to the My Ferrari App completely wiped out the information on my 2015 458 Italia.

    No production photos, none of my personal uploaded photos, no info on my current warranty, no recall info (completion records), no service history, zip, nada…

    It’s now asking me to upload proof of ownership and supporting info again… This has been uploaded and in the app for three years! Now, I’m back to square one… Again!

    dont sweat, i took my F8 in for service and now it shows my car as "Past Ownership no longer in possession" car sold??

    I called the dealer and they are supposedly logging a ticket with Ferrari ...

    hopefully your info returns i totally understand your sentiments!

    Well, some of my info is back, other parts are gone, baby gone…

    My uploaded photos (other than the one on the main screen), show the thumbnails, but when you click on them, you only get the file name, no photo. Ugh!

    The documents tab is blank and there are a few other missing items. I use it primarily for F1 news push notifications (I love anything to do with F1!) and as an easy way to stay up on expirations of warranties and service reminders.

    Unfortunately, it’s not easy peasy and Bob is definitely not my uncle where this app is concerned. I want to love it, but it’s a hard road to hoe when every update brings a fresh set of niggles.

    On a brighter note, I still Love, Love, Love my 2015 458 Italia! I’m nearing my 4th Anniversary (my first Ferrari) and every time I take her for a spin, it’s like it was the first time… A 9,000 rpm redline makes you feel so alive!

    Terrible and useless is all that comes to mind when the App is mentioned.

    Subarus get a great functional app..

    So is updating the app what breaks it? Or something else?

    Every 458 would have production photos, etc if you get it working>?

    I've had my 458 Spider for seven years, the Ferrari app (on both computer and phone) have never shown me production photos. My wife's Portofino M has production photos on both the website and the app. Occasionally, they both stop working, but then start working a few days later.

    I noticed the same thing. All myferrari info disappeared. I emailed ferrari and they tell me they are working on it. I was able to see my car's options using a computer but not from the phone.
    Is this only affecting myferrari app for Android users?

    Hello,

    I’m not sure about the other blokes on here, but I’m only using Apple products, iPhone, iPad, iMac. The niggles I mentioned earlier were present on all of the devices.

    Some of my info is back, but it varies by the platform I use to view it. The iPhone has the most issues remaining, iPad is better, but still has issues and the iMac has some lingering niggles as well.

    None of my platforms have been fully restored. Photos (personal uploads) show thumbnails that when clicked only show the call-out for the file name. No photo is shown. These thumbnails used to pull up the selected image. Hopefully they can get it sorted soon.

    I never look at the app but went to log in and had to re-register.... nah forget it all...no idea what this app does for me.

    I had production photo 1 photo of my 488...that is no longer on the app. It just showed the body looking like it came out of paint is all. I never needed that photo.
