Does anyone know the cost of Rosso 1000GP, paint code FYM*0429? I haven't been able to find any information on that color that I would consider for my 296 order.
Thanks in advance for any info or advice on it.

My dealer told me $37,000 which is crazy because it’s a flat paint not a fancy triple layer.

Thank you for the reply. I think I'd rather spend that on other options when I visit with Tailor Made next week.

I think you will find to get that finish it is a triple layer process ,that is undertaken at Zanasi .

Other option is to get a red that is close and put a Matt PPF on it

Keep in mind that @Thecadster is ordering it for his 12C not a 296, but I can't imagine there will be much difference.

Paint pricing came up the same for me for both 12Ci and 296. Everything extracampionario for the most part costs $37k now - PNT0, PNT1, PNTE, etc, both metallic and non-metallic.

The verde zeltweg was around £10k when I ordered in Feb. But dealer told me it has now doubled in price, over £20k. They said it’s exclusivity based pricing rather than number of layers now.

Used cars 30% off with the interior you like and a wrap is the way to go now.

Other than clear PPF wraps simply cheapen the car every time you open the door

My dealer insists that Rosso 1000 GP is a flat paint. Here’s some samples indoors: bright red is Rosso Corsa with Rosso 1000 GP on top and Rosso 70th Anniversary on bottom, and finally Rosso Mugello on the left.

Mugello, to my eye, is pretty close to 1000 GP (small sample) and Mugello (large sample) is a standard paint on the 12C.

Samples and photos are so hard to judge by. I went through the same process before I settled on Rosso Magma

So hard indeed. I would much rather see an example car in person. Lighting and shadows dramatically affect the color too.

Does anyone have an updated version of the pricing for paints? I seem recall that the pricing is more standardised (higher) across the different paint types now.

I don’t have the list but my dealer told me a lot of the paints originally in the £10k range are now priced in the £20k tier as it’s now due to rarity rather than number of layers.

my verde zeltweg doubled from me ordering to taking delivery, though I had the leverage of weak market to request original msrp to be adhered to.

That’s what I feared! I was trying to establish some reason to it so I don’t have to bother the dealer for every colour.

Is there any paints now (other than free ones) at or around 10-15kUSD max?

and does anyone know the current price of Verde Abetone, Verde Francesca, Verde Scuro and Verde Pino? Abetone I think used to be a historic colour of around 13kUSD no idea what it’s up to now.

Can someone tell the difference between these 2 paints: Blu elettrico vs Blu elettrico 2020?

Verde Zeltweg went from $16,875 to $37,000 on the purosangue between my design to now (as order locks near end of this month). Originally was debating doing Grigio Silverstone which I might go with at $12k. Feels very high for a 2-layer paint at such a steep premium and rather use that $25k for other options on the car.

it’s a pretty nice 2 layer paint, but no way I would’ve paid that for my car. There must be another dark metallic green at 15k, or ask for a discount equal to the paint price increase, it’s at least possible in my market.

I’m ordering a dallara stradale and they charge ~12k eur for any color, I grabbed myself a 35k Ferrari color and you can even go things like the calvacade colors.

Seems like ferrari trying to figure out the limits of price gouging lol.

Does this apply to PNTN paint (special) as well Or is that priced like classic & historical?

As far as I know, PNTN (which used to be called "Launch Color") falls into the same pricing bucket as PNCC, roughly $14k.
