Hello,

For anyone that has a F8/F8S with Apple Car Play and passenger display can you pls clarify if your having any of the issues I am having:

When I plug in my iPhone via usb into the Apple CarPlay USB port, my passenger display does not allow you to control any of the Audio

If I I don't use the usb cord to connect to CarPlay port and ONLY use Bluetooth, I am able to control audio via the passenger display BUT don't get Apple CarPlay features.

It's like you get one or the other??
anyone else?

Detailed my engine compartment this weekend.

What was the process?

 

Besides the usual light soap wipe down and light spray wax wipe down. I get into hard to reach areas with RamRodz which is a gun cleaning system that works excellent for engine compartments. I also use it for interiors as well.

I am getting ready to remove my engine cover parts and wash, detail, preserve my engine compartment. It is a once a year ordeal for me. I pull my wheels off and detail suspension and lower engine as well. If I knew of someone that is as good or better than me I'd pay them dearly but nobody I know and trust in the greater Tampa area to do this.

 

I pulled off my carbon side panels from my scud engine bay and it was incredible how much dirt and muck there was behind them. Came up great with just a light soap and water wash.

 

Esperienza Fiorano ...I was recently offered an opportunity to attend this event in July. Have any of you on this thread done this event and is it worth the $6,200+2200 for guest? We were planning a trip to Italy this summer and trying to see if we it's worth it, we had planned to do a factory tour/Cavalino restaurant on our own before I heard about this event.

scrubbing bubbles works pretty good. Spray, wait 5 minutes, gently wash off with purified water. Certainly did well on my 360 engine bay. Haven't tried on my 488. Anyone have a bad experience washing the 488 engine bay?

When I opened the boxes, they were more bronze in color than I thought. Turned out sharp IMO
