I don't understand why you didn't file a dispute with your credit card company? That would certainly get the company's attention.

 

The OP seems like the worst kind of customer imaginable. In his original post he says he reached out to the company and posted the reply. Later after getting told by multiple people that he is being unreasonable, he starts to latch on to a vague 'guarantee' of love it or we'll refund you and says the company is ignoring him. Granted as a company Scrape Armor is opening themselves up to clowns by making such a guarantee but equally using it as a basis to make an argument is equally vacant. Again as already told you should know the protection you are getting going in and to ignore that is being willfully blind. Hiding behind the protections of the credit card company does not change that.

 

I suggest we stop this nonsensical discussion. You have made your point and it is up to each person to take this protection or not.
In my opinion there is no point in trying to get your way via this FerrariChat.
You will have to go to the company and otherwise try to get your way legally.
Finally, let's continue to respect each other's opinions, without attacking each other!
