I have a 2010 California. The license plate bulb indicator on the dash is flashing. I checked both bulbs and they're good. There's no power going to them. Is there a fuse for them? The grounds are also good. The bulbs are standard and not LED. Are they on a different circuit then the parking lights? They work fine

Are your switch background lights working? I'm not familiar with the electrical system of the California, but typically, Ferrari switch lights and numberplate lights are on the same relay/fuse.

If your switchlights are not working, try fuse F-49 (dash fuse panel).

The cars come from Ferrari with the license plate not mounted to the body of the car, so it is up to the mechanic at the dealership to drill the holes in the body to mount the bracket with self-tapping screws. I have seen multiple instances of someone drilling through the wiring harness, causing rear light problems.
The other possibility is poor connection at the connector for the rear light harness, which gets disconnected anytime you remove the rear panel.
