quail is on the same day/ time as the Porsche event (dont recall the name). We have missed the Porsche event over the last 3 years in favor of Quail, won't do that this year.
I've always believed/said for any scam to work, it takes at least two willing parties and usually in many or perhaps most cases, both parties have one thing in common, greed.
Werks Reunion at Monterey Pines Golf Course near the Airport. Entry as a Spectator is free but you pay for the parking ($40)
Im going for the first time w my son to reward him for being on Honor roll 2 years straight. A bit overwhelmed with all the events.. What are the must do from Wed to Sunday? I know the 17 miles drive is a must early AM. Concorso Italiano looks v good.
Wednesday: Monterey Jet Center plus Broad Arrow Group auction. All auction previews all day (Gooding, RM Sotheby's, Broad Arrow, Bonhams, Mecum, etc.) Thursday: 7 am at PB Gooding tent: Line up of Tour, the best moment of the entire week. Friday: The Quail in Carmel Valley. Saturday: Casa DK in Carmel, Casa Ferrari at PB, maybe Concorso Italiano. Sunday: Pebble Beach and Casa Ferrari. All days various auctions, sometimes more than one during the same day/night. And then, when is there time left to go to Laguna Seca? Thursday afternoon? That's why it is better to come the weekend before already so you can at least attend the pre-historics. There is tons of other smaller events during the week, with car presentations etc., and all the auctions. And tons of private parties all over the Monterey Peninsula. Best is to come by helicopter as traffic can be really bad......... Marcel Massini
I just don't understand why this event has to be scheduled the exact time as the Pebble Tour? A total deal breaker for me. I'm tour bound.
Valentino will be at Concorso, NOT at the Lamborghini meet held by the Lamborghini Club at a different location on the same day . It's turning out that there wil be a strong class of Lambo's at Concorso! Gary Bobileff Chief Judge, Concorso Italiano
Looking forward to celebrating 40 years of Concorso this Year and the 35th anniversary of the DIABLO!!!

^ that appears to be at the same time as Consorso Italiano would be setting up on the lawn and a lot of moving pieces in the parking lot. may be chaotic.
