Is that Cuoio leather with GREEN carpet? Factory original? You may have my favorite spec ever, which I never knew existed - that is fantastic!

    Long post!!

Well i tried buying all the 348 SS seats i could find at market price @$20g with no luck. Total unicorn part.
So on to my next plan having a light weight bucket re upholstered to look like a folding SS bucket. With leather that matches my cars leather as close as possible. And looks factory + sort of mod. I also wanted that kevlar looking composite Ferrari used back in the 90s, super trick in my eyes. Ive had lots of pole positions (go to race bucket) and thought about doing a set with the carbon shell you can find. But wanted something more special. Couldn't find complete used SS shells, almost bought the f40 shells you can find. In the end i decided Sparco legend FIA approved kevlar shells would look trick and be different.
So after talking with A.S. Motorsports in the Netherlands and loving the other seats they have done I had them order a set of Sparcos for me, tear them apart and give them the SS style, build cushions that match the Ferrari ones etc. Took a bit but those guys are great to deal with. Finished and packed for shipping Ill have them in a week.

No arguing that his seats are awesome.
I had been offered f40 shells. I really wanted the kevlar weave shells.

I know, some of them are really green looking and some are quite a bit darker. There’s a lot of variation. The ones that were offered to me were fairly dark and almost just looked like regular carbon fiber

Maybe if the car starts to be less of a street car. Harnesses are just such a pain in the ass for a street car

When I was shopping for the F40 seats, the authentic seats were not astronomically more expensive than the reproduction seats.

It was worth the additional dollars to get the real deal. I'm not sure if that's indicative of the current market for F40 buckets but my trimmer was able to find both options when we were looking

I’m considering selling my Ferrari F355 GTB, which has just 10,400 miles. It’s finished in Rosso Corsa with black and carbon Kevlar sport seats. The car is in excellent condition, a U.S.-spec model located in Houston. Timing belt service done last year..

I’m not entirely sure what a fair asking price would be for a quick sale, so I’d really appreciate your thoughts or guidance on current market value.
