Some pretty good photos off ebay of the 1/12th KK Ferrari 250 GTO. This might just be the best shaped 1/12th GTO, although not very detailed and the lower part right behind the front wheel looks to flat along with the entire rocker panel. At least they got the roof flat enough. I have the GT Spirit and it has problems by the engine cover, being too narrow along with a few other issues. The Hiro 1/12th body has a ton of problems, the worst the rounded roof. It does have the best chassis detail, but I don't even like the Hiro wire wheels that much, and they are a lot of work. Even the 1/8th Hachette wires look more accurate. The Revell 1/12th model belongs in the trash bin.

Saw this, 1/12th 2.9 Lemans coupe in roll out at Touring form. For the kind of money they are asking it should not be at all toy like. CMC 1/18th models look like super detailed toys to me.

Another photo. Not sure which photo is the final model. At Lemans the wheels were silver, but the car is Touring factory roll out version wich had black wheels. Nice model, but $6000.00. It should be hand made for that much. This is typical CMC factory built.

$.6000 for the Alfa Romeo ??? With those giant screws under the hood ?
For comparison, last year I bought this Atalante (Bauer 1/12), new for €.1350, shipping included.

I love those Bauer Bugatti models. Wish they would do a vintage Alfa Romeo in 1/12th scale also :)

^ As for the nose you might be right, but I'll wait to see an actual model. Often these 3D cad images are off in various ways.
