Anyone else submitting an application for the Mustang GTD?

No, I’m not at the front of the line.
Some will start the process of picking options/colors, etc in the next couple weeks. I’m going to have to wait 1 year. No clue when my car would actually be built.
I would guess we see first deliveries in May/June, 2025?

Just got the configurator and pricing...

The pricing is eye watering...

And NO ACTIVE AERO STANDARD. Ridiculous. Nearly 50k option

Feels bait and switch.

 

So how much does a car with all of the performance options go for?

 

I'd love to know how many people applied with the intention of flipping the car and making Ford GT levels of profit. I'm also interested to see how the cars perform on the secondary market.

 

375 ish with aero on std colors

425 carbon series with aero on std colors

498k for custom colors on a carbon series with active aero.

 

I think the secondary market will be **** on the car

 

Facebook post says new ring time of 6:52. We should know soon enough.

I think that is out of reach. Low 6:5x.xx is phenomenal. Anything 6:4x.xx would be hard to imagine.

 

It's a Mustang, I do not think it will carry the appeal of the GT.

 

Throw a tarrif on top and this thing is cooked.

 

Ford is manufacturing the chassis and sending the rolling chassis and engine to Multimatic. It is being manufactured and receiving a VIN from the US plant. Once manufactured it is sent to Canada.
