Yes very different. Not a head injury but multiple fractures of the legs. The doctors were operating too much on those until Ronnie collapsed. Today's medicine would stabilize the body before going after fractures etc.

 

I think we are all gratified to know that M.S. still has some cognizant function and are hopeful that he can continue to recover. What was the charity to receive the auction proceeds?

The first part sound like you're describing a coup-contrecoup injury of the brain. The second part you're describing lucid interval typically described in epidural hematoma cases. Very sad and crazy how it happened still with him wearing a helmet.

 

Poor Michael is probably stuck where he is. Not sure of his condition but I would guess very bad. There are some thing worse than death.

 

sometimes, i feel it was best if Michael's story indeed finished back in 2013. For me, there's absolutely zero hope. The netflix thing was goodbye.
