Call me crazy but as soon as I drove the demo I decided I wanted to cancel my order. Order was canceld and I just picked a 2023 812 GTS. In my eyes the design of the 12C compared to the 812 is a major let down. Performance also wasn't anything significant over 812.

Performance wasn't even supposed to be significantly better. Ride quality is.

And there are those that think the 812 was a let down after the f12. Personally, I love the look for the f12 and 12 cilinder over the 812 but the good news is there are options for all different likes. Enjoy!

Due to the insane regulations ICE have been walking up the down escalator!

until we vote out the insane regulations we will all be trying to
    walk up the Down escalator!

If you have an 812 then hang on to it and be happy!

If you want to pause the 12C do so. Don't worry there will hopefully be something better in store in a year or two!

Got mine today. Its fantastic. Compared to my former 2019 812SF, it feels like a wider range of driving experience. More of a true GT and more of a clean race experience. Only minus is not having the total sound volume of my old 2019 812SF. But it certainly drives better. And the sound is good enough for fun. Faster entry/exit for corners.

Did you see a tariff adjustment on the sticker or how did they approach that on your delivery? I had the same thoughts when I took our local demo out, it's definitely more of a true GT experience.

Tariff is already built into the price. There is no line item for tariff. I believe it is paid by Ferrari NA /and or dealership into their price.

It's shipped to my PPF expert. Will show a couple of pix when done. Below pix is the day it came in off truck and I ran to the store :). Color is Sanu Silver. I did CF to the max interior.

Exterior I did not use CF. Instead I had these same parts painted glossy black. That matches the rest of glossy black that Ferrari has on the front hood, roof surrounding the panaroof, winglets in the back. I didn't want exterior CF creating multiple colors across greyscale: CF grey/black, tires light black, roof surrounds and front hood glossy black, etc. Seeing it in person, I am very happy I made this choice. It's an option. If I remember correctly, it's in the range of 2/3rds the price of CF. But it's extremely well done.

When car is back from my PPF man, I will post a few with the film on with good bright daylight as opposed to the grumpy cloudy day it showed up below.

This is what I think most expected but also confirms that if the tariffs are dropped, Ferrari has no intention of reducing the price back to the pre-tariff price. If the tariff was listed as a separate line item as other OEMs are doing, it's easier/clear they intend to honor the original MSRP if the tariffs are resolved/dropped.

Gotcha thanks, I wasn't sure if they just adjusted the base MSRP on the sticker or what not, appreciate your response :)

Thanks for the detail and process behind the scenes.

The PPE1 painted exterior trim in Nero Ds is a nice touch. Its expensive as it is paint and not hand made carbon fiber but at 70% of the cost.

The car in silver looks like a spaceship!
A very modern and aerospace inspired design!

When she returns back home let us know your driving impressions.

    Congrats!

On pricing, I hear that there wasn’t a line item for the tariff but was it 10% more than the price on the spec sheet? Looks beautiful. I think we are the same dealer. I am told mine is next allocation but has been over a month now

It was the price 10% higher than the final process when you spec”d it? Curuios to see how this is handled.

Before tax, yes it is roughly 10% more.

Another irritating side note to the tariffs is the increased sales tax. Being a California resident, I also paid another 1%. That is the 10% California tax on the 10% tariff. So our California anti-Federal government is probably secretly happy about the easy additional 1% tax revenue.

while my car gets back from my PPF man, (2 weeks as he is always well over demand), this was my factory final build picture. It wasn’t that final as there was still some tape on the door handle, and the hood/bonnet wasn’t completely closed. But it should give you a sense of the car. To me, it represents what a futuristic concept car would look like at a retro design competition.

Love the paint in this shot.
The coupe is the stronger design statement.
The spider is less cohesive at the rear. Just my humble opinion

I agree with you about the design statements regarding the coupe vs. spider.

For those interested in what Sanu Silver looks up close, here is a good picture. Also, I wanted to add a good word for @day355 design eye who pointed out that Sanu Silver is a great color for the car.

I fell in love with silver ever since my first sports car which was a Porsche 911 , air cooled, polar silver to be exact.

My first silver Ferrari was the F8 spider in Argento N.

I originally ordered the 12C in Argento N but then switched models to the spider. My last change was the color to Nero Ds.

But not locked in yet . Probably looking at a late 2025 or early 2026 production. Well at least I might get the new steering wheel buttons
