My Mondial was experiencing a rich running condition so I had it transported to a well known ATL shop named after a famous wizard. They kept my Mondial for 8 months, ran up $12k in repairs bills, failed to fix anything and then gave up. When I got it back, it was in much worse shape with a sticking throttle, paint damage, and they didn’t even bother to put the car back together. They replaced the fuel system ECU but left everything unassembled and my antenna out with a piece of tape over the hole. When my transporter arrived to pick up the car, one tire was flat and they initially refused to pump it up for him. I had to call the front office and complain before they sent someone out with an air compressor.

Thank goodness I didn’t let them touch my Testarossa. Lee at Euro Sport Auto in Nashville did the major on my TR, delivered it to me and picked up the Mondial. He identified and fixed the issue that was causing it to run rich in under 10 minutes while still in my driveway. He is highly recommended.

My advice would be to avoid this shop in Atlanta. I’d let Pep Boys work on my Ferrari before I’d let them touch another car of mine.

Very sorry to hear of your bad experience with "M". They have a nice website and it gives the impression of exceptional service...too bad to hear different. Maybe they will get wind of your post and respond....

Yes, they’ve done well marketing the image of prestige and expertise but it’s only an image. In reality, they do everything possible to make Ferrari live up to their expensive to maintain reputation. A friend of mine is currently having issues with them too.

I will say I believe their main technician, Wade, is great but I don’t believe he personally worked on my car because the fix was so monumentally simple/obvious the other mechanic was dumbfounded it was not easily found. If Wade had this own shop I wouldn’t hesitate to use him but M is a no go.

I bought my 308 from them and had an issue the evening I brought it home. Wade stopped by my house on his way home from work and diagnosed an issue. They picked it up next morning, brought it back to the dealer and Wade fixed the issue.
I’ve heard good and bad concerning their service, known people locally who’ve used them and had mixed reviews. I’ve personally had good experiences with them

I don’t have anything bad to say about Wade. I believe he wanted to help and could help. But M ultimately runs the show and decides what is and isn’t a priority, and who works on what, I believe.
