When my '16 Cayenne TTS started slipping at 45k miles, maybe 2 years ago, dealership diagnosed and swapped it out quickly and without a second's hesitation, and I don't buy from or service at the dealership, truck was well out of standard warranty. Dunno if YMMV by dealership, but since the bill is paid by Porsche NA, I would expect you'd get the same red carpet treatment wherever you go.
