Have a 2009 599 HGTE coming in November, want to have the dealer go through everything over the winter so that it's ready for the spring. The past decade it was only driven 1-2k km's per year, so hasn't seen much use lately. Getting new tyres installed and sticky buttons done before being exported to me.

To ensure a trouble-free driving experience I'd like to get any preventative maintenance done for common or known issues, wanted to get some feedback if there was anything else I should add to the list:
    -Full inspection
-Check fuel pumps, new is yellow, old is white
-Check brake pads, ball joints, struts, engine mounts
-Oil breather check valve + radiator hose check if new version
    -Alignment
-New accumulator, F1 fluid, battery, spark plugs if needed

There are several threads covering known issues but overall, these are very reliable. They tend to overfill the oil, check the intakes for any oil deposits. If it is there, your MAFs may be shot. If the pads are bad, I would be shocked; I would also be afraid that the rotors are shot. The only way to wear them out like that would be tracking the car. Radiators tend to leak, don't check just the hoses. Dash leather shrinkage. Shocks tend to leak. For stickies, there are a lot of pieces, not just buttons & knobs. Some examples: there is a cover under the carpet in the trunk covering the tools and such, defroster vents on the doors, and many more. Look at Sticky No More's website, there is a list of things he refinishes. That is a good starting point for everything that can be sticky. Put front shocks on your list, they start to leak after a while. I had to do rear tie rods on both sides, I don't know why they failed.

Camcover gaskets, they leak and are a must do.
My advice, if your car is running fine don’t throw parts at it, it makes no sense. changing parts specially on the f1 system can lead to issues, so don’t touch it if it works.
Do a proper maintenance as specified in the manual.

Tie Rods are on my list for next year. Can you replace the bearing on its own, or do you need to buy a complete unit for each side?

I'm not sure, however if you're going in there use Hill Engineering parts not OEM.

They start to leak every 5-7 years to be precise :)

Have you seen that Ferrari has a superseded part number for the front shocks?

If replacing the shocks, is it best to replace the springs with OEM (Bilstein or similar I assume) or go for a slight drop with non Ferrari branded Bilstein or similar? Just think of general consensus, as fully aware it is personal preference

    I wouldn't lower a 599 but that's just me.
