top on my spider is fine. dump design for sure but so is the buttress materials!

having had a 348ts and now a 355 spider; the spider as a style/ experience over tb/ts etc wins hands down for me; but then I have a capritsio exhaust :)

just seems odd that in the uk at least we are approaching over £75k difference between a like for like spider vs gtb! that is a lot of money!!

Not hatin' on buttresses. I like them on almost every car they came on.

That being said, the Spider top also has buttresses. :)

Good point, but not sure how much that matters. (I thought johnk said it was illegal to drive with the top up) :)

This is where we are in the UK - and we're supposed to LOVE convertibles. Have to confess I look at prices like this and seriously think about selling. I love my car, but it only cost me £30k and I'm not a rich man; an extra six figures would probably see me retire three years earlier.

I have Tubi + Hyperflow Cats. My Spiders Top is down 99% of the time. GTS looks nice, but I'll take my Spiders Sound Track over a Buttress

Me neither. The thing is, it's self reinforcing. The Spider becomes the "unloved" one and then nobody wants to buy it because it's the unloved one and the price differential is maintained.

I love my 355 but I can't imagine spending £150k on one. There is some serious competition at that price point.

The same is happening with M6 vs. F1.

Sounds like the perfect combo, we have the same bad weather here as you up North, looking to buy some condo in Florida but worried the cars rust alot compared to Cali?
