    Some confusion surely, because #244 was Sanesi's Alfa (2nd o/a) ?

Carlsson's Ferrari did not race. He may have been there and DNS, though.

In this case "no pics" probably means "fake news".... Info was found at barchetta.cc

How did I miss that ? Thanks to nico308, just discovered 0048M was the dark grey berlinetta just behind 0526M ! We can even guess the altered nose.

He was there and had an engine problem. Either during practise or early in the race session. More likely during race as he is just missing in the results.

    0048 M: altered nose?
    You may want to elaborate.

Yes, the nose had been altered in 1955 when the car was in Switzerland. No mystery here.

    Nobody talks about a mystery.
You probably mean the upper lip of the front grille. And the vertical air intakes.

I have a film from the event (I can't find it online anymore) and Carlsson was not at the start of the race (9 starters).

How do you come to these conclusions for Landi's cars ?
Looking at 0520 M (no photo for the Mondial), it had a registration plate on the bonnet at the Forez race, we don't see it at Bari ? Thank you
