    Greetings FChat,
Chindit here, checking-in from Northwest Florida. I normally hang out over at the 612 section but I think I'll be visiting the Testarossa forums more often, as I am fortunate to have acquired 1989 Testarossa #81293 in Grigio Metalizzato. I believe this car was once owned by "Carguy" Jeff Green. I would like to contact Jeff to learn more about the history of this particular chassis from new, but it seems he is no longer active here. Would anyone here be able to help me reach him? I look forward to becoming a contributing member of the Testarossa community. Thank you.

It warms my heart to know that Testarossa has a good home. Owning a Ferrari was a dream come true for me. I had so many wonderful experiences, and met so many wonderful people. Over the years I accumulated quite a bit of stuff, manuals, books, diecast models, various parts, some of it pretty cool stuff. But time marches on, and now I'm getting to be an old man now. A couple of years ago I sold everything (package deal) to a guy on the West Coast. I'm not completely done with Italian cars as my daily driver is a 13 year old Quattroporte...still a beautiful looking and sounding ride. I visit fchat every now and then....great people here!

Very well-put, Jeff, and my thoughts exactly. My Ferraris consistently deliver amazing social experiences. It's so much fun to share these cars with friends and family. And anybody else who has a genuine interest. People sometimes ask me how much I paid for the car. I don't really get hung-up on that concept. For me, the cars "pay me back" every time I drive them. How do you quantify THAT? Like others here, I dreamed of owning a Ferrari since I was a little kid. It's amazing to achieve a childhood dream and I am very, very grateful.

FChat is an amazing place with amazing people. What a treasure!
