The new MyFerrari app. Anyone else having trouble logging in?

    A few months back and after nearly 5 years of ownership, I was finally successful in logging in to the MyFerrari app. I had given up trying years ago, as I had never been able to successfully create an account.

    With the rollout of the new and improved app I’m back at square one, needing to contact customer support to verify my ownership. I’m not sure what changed. My email is the same, car is the same, city I live in hasn’t changed. So, I’m a bit puzzled as to what the hang up is. Is anyone else having issues?

    I didn't even have to log in again with a password - it just auto logged me in on my phone. Sorry for your troubles. It also took me a while to get access originally.

    Seven years with this App and I still don't know what the point of it is except for Ferrari to mine your information.

    To be clear, I am 100% fine with that because I worship Ferrari. :)
