I was watching some Indy 500 practice this evening. It's getting as bad as F1...now with hybrids on top of their only being two engines to chose from, Chevy or Honda. What is F1 down to, three, Mercedes, Honda, and Ferrari...with Renault out next year. I wonder if any of the Chevy technology will become part of the Cadillac F1 engine. Looking at Indy and realizing how much is taken flat out at speeds F1 only gets to on occassion, it does say that Indy is a big balls event. Is there any documented cost comparisons between the two styles of racing? Good seeing Mario trackside. He looks great for his age.
