    Good day Pascal,

Wow, your car looks great! Good luck with the sale! That said, I think you will miss the car once it is gone.

Also, would you mind sharing the chassis number? I ask, as I keep an archive of the cars as they come up.

    Thanks in advance!

    Cheers,

    Sam

No worries, she has been well documented on here but the chassis number is 21111.

Very nice example. Should sell well. I noticed on your console you have two joysticks. One above the shifter and the one below. Do both of them control the mirrors and do you have dual electric mirrors?

I do have two electric mirrors, never sure what the green and red square buttons were for though.

Do you know if the second joystick for the passenger mirror is original? I just purchased a dual mirror switch as I am adding an electric mirror to the passenger side. However, the two switches I purchased, one claimed to be NOS (both are from Alfa's) have fried circuit boards. An easier solution would be to just add a second joystick as in your vehicle, but want to keep the console original as possible. Your vehicle is the only one I have seen with two switches.

    Not original.

The dual mirror switch can be repaired: the case is bolted not sealed, so just disasemble it , use solder on the broken traces, and before reassembly use a lot of dielectric grease. As a last resort you can have a custom circuit made like any pcb prototype.

The switch was disassembled and we added copper trace and then soldered. As well used de-oxit on the board and all the contacts. A small dab of dielectric grease was added to lubricate the movement. What I need now is the schematic to wire the switch to the two mirrors. Once I download the pix of the fried switch and repair from my phone I wll show in a new post. Don't want to hijack the conversation here.
