Oooph, my gut keeps telling me Charles tags the wall in qualifying! Nothing would be better than seeing him get pole and winning this race. He really needs this as I’m sure the rest of the season will be a continued disaster. Monaco is his best shot. Fingers crossed.
That Ferrari lookin dialed in here again. Newey looking intense as ever in the Aston garage, green just isn't a great color on anyone. I get the feeling it won't matter who puts it on pole here due to the two stop rule this time though.
Ollie Bearman handed hefty grid penalty for red flag offence in Monaco GP practice | Crash.net Can not pass under red. OK. But I guess that doesn't apply to multiple drivers passing Hadjar as he limped back to the pits.
Well, FP1 and 2 are a pleasent surprise for us. Am I correct that they changed the back and front wings to last years? Last years car was faster than the current one so maybe the need to continue the process throughout the rest of the season. Let's see what Saturday brings.
I think it was mentioned earlier but this pace is do to being able to run the car higher to accommodate this circuit. If indeed that is the case we are sure to see the pace fall off again when we return to a proper circuit that necessitates running the car lower.
Not expecting too much of Prac 3. Why risk not being available for qualy at this point. Some refinements early in this one.
I can't tell if he got startled by the traffic that came up really quick, or if he just overcooked it.
Hopefully Ferrari can take some chunks out of Redbull and Mercedes this weekend in the constructor's chase.
