That's kind of the issue. I don't have that emotional connection to the car for some reason. Maybe I just need more drive time, but not sure. Perhaps I romanticized the manual aspect too much. The sound is amazing and it is beautiful and the click clack on the gates is also hypnotic.

But for example, I turo'd a 911 earlier this week because I'm trying to get out of my M8 as a daily and go to a 911, and I couldn't contain myself. I just WANTED that car. And then I woke up at night physically missing it.

If it's just a car to you, then the above arguments don't hold weight. The F430 has to mean something first. I've gone through a lot of cars that were fun to own and I wanted for some reason or another but didn't miss owning them. Trade it in for something that will strike passion if that is the case.

I am usually a 2 year car guy. After about 2 years I get the itch for something new. I am coming up on 18 months with the f430 and every no and then think about getting something I can use more often or something that I am not scared to park in a busy parking lot. I have been looking at C7 Z06's, Shelby 350 GT's and I keep feeling like I will be missing something. Nobody tells you this before you get your attainable dream car! It ruins all the other cars!!!!

Nope converted. If it was factory would be a different story, then get into the whole collector's aspect, etc.

Soon the F430 will be a classic, but it's truly the last of the raw single clutch Ferrari's and will be very much missed by you if you sell it. I love that my kids are now older and can ride in it with me when we go get Pizza or Crumble Cookie, but it s special car with a body line that most people still turn their heads on and stop and look. No new 2025 Porsche or McLaren does this. It's easy to fix/maintain it to a certain degree and still enjoyable to drive with it's unique exhaust note. I would not sell mine as its a part of the family.

Long story short, we sold our first 430 and regretted it greatly so we bought another one. I don't know that we could ever sell it.
