Bianco Artico is the completely wrong color for an XX
if anyone is willing to sell or knows anyone that's looking to sell im looking to buy. paying well over sticker. Thanks
There are already far too many XX in this colour. Not exactly suitable for collectors. What's more, the car simply looks harmless in this colour.
No indication of the paint color but it was one of the press cars Ferrari had on hand at Fiorano. They used Rosso Corsa for the journalists.
the car color is so bright that it looks like it has had the brightness/contrast/hue level adjusted via photoshop/etc
Again, you haven't shared the specs for your XX. As fellow owners, we always love to see what others have chosen.
Hoping XX arrives soon - it's very interesting that VS did not have the big wing. Is the massive wing a one and done for Ferrari?
The 296 Speciale is not touted as a track monster, like the SF90 XX, hence the lack of the fixed wing. The F80, a much more sophisticated car, has that trick rising wing, which was deemed too expensive/complicated for the SF90 XX.
F80 3x downforce of XX at 3x the price - agree. Seems reasonable to expect a track / street VS 2wd to offer more downforce - Why is Ferrari so against more aero - others have been more aggressive - XX F80 hoping for a trend.
How so? The F80 is the tip dog, then comes the SF90 XX and then the 296 Speciale. It is as it was always supposed to be.
F80 V6 900hp - SF90 has AWD days of old are gone. F80 very different from LaF & SF90XX goes back to 599GTO - they offered aero rear winglets pack. Ordered GT3RS installing Manthey kit owned by Porsche - track cars need downforce. Sold Senna Viper LamboSV - all winged, fingers crossed they make more aero!
I don't understand what you are trying to say. The 599 GTO didn't have any winglets by the way, the 599XX did. In any case, the Ferrari hierarchy is clear. The F80 is the top dog, with its fancy active aero and everything (all 1050 kg of downforce of it), then comes the SF0 XX and then the Speciale. Don't expect SF90XX levels of aero for the Speciale, it is not meant to be as extreme of a car.
Not trying to say - saying. Was hoping XX was a new start to more extreme aero on other track focus cars. Before you keep going the Challenge 296VS version may have more aero - we will see. F80 and McLaren W1 - moved to additive engineering - read about it - it's going to be passed down just like all the "top dogs" the next gen models become faster. Anyway - 599GTO did have an optional rear side wing aero and other bits - I wouldn't mention it if it did not! That was just a personal expectation, not corroborated by the firm's record. In about 5-10 years, not now. I am pretty sure these were not factory options.
