Not very flattering unfortunately, irrespective of that I do not believe there are many people who would ever turn down the chance to drive a 812 Comp.

    Interesting comment about the brakes.

So he gets smoked by a GT3, suspension is too soft, brakes are no good, and the engine too quiet.

812 Competizione che non può competere.

Honest review but not shocking really. 812 Comp is really not Competitive.

I thought it would be a bit better on track. Looked like a real handful in some of those corners.

Very big handful. I understand what he means by the brakes not up to it as it is the same on the Ferrari's I have owned. He would have done better with better tires than those awful Pirelli's but also the suspension is too soft as well. Cool looking car for sure, great engine note but .....not a car to track with even though the name says Competizione.

I am actually quite surprised, granted I think that track is heavy on brakes in terms of two fairly high speed braking zones. At the end of the day its a road car, almost everything that makes a car better on track makes it far worse on road so there are always going to be compromises.

Then the Porsche 992 Turbo S comes....soft street car and blows it away...LOL...on the track!!! However I doubt the guys buying a 812 Comp care and do not drive it on the track.

These cars are not bought to track. They are bought to accumulate wealth.
