Someone, please make them already. I’m growing tired of looking at Hill Engineering star-type titanium wheel bolts :)

We need Challenge type in 55mm and 67mm in titanium. 67mm is good for 11 and 15mm spacers (sold by HE.)

If you can match Ferrari titanium color, even better.

I just gave these guys a call. They’re local to me. They’re willing to do 22mm head style in 67mm if I order 100 pieces (5 sets).

    Anyone else interested?

67mm is perfect for those running Challenge Speedline wheels with 11mm spacers (HE spacers). If you’re running 15’s all around, they already sell a 22mm hex head in 69mm, which will work.

My personal opinion is 15mm’s all around is slightly too wide and risky (bending fenders etc).

I'd do the 55mm for no spacers

If you can find 4 other buyers for that length, they’d run it.

Shoot. I might take 10 bolts in 55mm for the rears.

I think the part numbers 163299 and 163370 are a "stud and nut conversion", rather than intended to be combined into a bolt?

Using studs and nuts actually makes a lot more sense on a race car where wheels might need to be swapped quickly.

That is correct. Genuine challenge is a stud and nut setup. Only nut is removed to remove wheel.

The last pic I posted is M-tecnologia’s attempt to make a bolt (2-piece), which mimics the original challenge look without it being a stud and nut setup. What I would like is to mimic theirs, but in 1-piece and in titanium. Theirs isn’t titanium. No one has offered such a product yet. Trust me, I looked… hence the creation of this thread.

M-tecnologia’s challenge style wheel bolt is duralumin for the nut and chromoly for bolt section. I’d like 1-piece in titanium for weight, strength, and simplification.
