Finalizing my Roma Spider Spec. Love to get peoples views on it. Im going without shields cause I love the lines. I was going for a clean and sleek vibe, with a bit of pop being the Rosso Corso Seats.

Questions- Is Surround View worth it? Neck warmer seems overkill?

Wow, looks amazing. My Roma is in GTM so quite similar to the AN but just a bit darker. I think you will love it. I have had mine for 18m and haven't used the Surround View once! I would skip that.

I don't have surround view on mine and there are times I wish I had it, but it adds extra black boxes to the grill which disrupts the look.

No it doesn’t. Adds the lenses on the mirrors and uses the front and back cameras merged into an image.

Would you miss not having the front camera? Seems you can't get the front parking camera without electing Surround View. Those sonic sensors I have heard are not good at finding low height objects.

I don't really like the way the side mirrors look with surround view. Can I live with it- yes, but it feels a bit much.

I have a (very) similar spec and by no means am trying to tell you what makes sense for you. It's your car and should be "your Ferrari".

That said. Here's a few thoughts on my spec vs yours, and a few thoughts on your questions and my hindsight...

I did Aluminum Lucidio as opposed to Argento. And I did Grigio Silverstone wheels as opposed to what I think are black in your spec? (It's hard to interpret the Ferrari specs you posted as their coding/vernacular are hard to interpret). My logic/design concept on those colors was to create contrast but keep it within a "contrast range" (there's surely a better term) so it wasn't polarizing ends of the contrast spectrum.

I also wanted to accentuate the lines and create a more classic (historic) Ferrari design. I did no shields and have no regrets. I also did Rosso Ferrari seats to help achieve that effect. That said, I left the back of the seats black leather and would offer that as something for you to consider. It's a tricky balance (IMO) to bring in a fun/historical element and not over due it.

Full electric ventilated seats are excellent and a must.

I did neck warmer and jury is still out. I suspect they weren't worth it but may make my wife happy and help resale (not that I care...not being flippant about $, just don't think you should spec based on that). That said, they add a silver/aluminum element to the seat you can avoid if you don't spec them.

Be thoughtful and attentive to your choices on stitching, embroidered cavalinos, piping, floor mats, etc. Also maybe try to tie calipers to stitching/cavalinos.

There is a no cost option to have the tonneau cover be in the same fabric as your roof. I don't know the code but you can find it in Shmee150 video on RS. I missed this and it's fine but would have done it in hindsight. I was a very early spec and it might not have even been available when I did my build.

I would do 360 cams in hindsight. Only did back radar.

    Hope that helps!

    Lovely spec, congrats!

I would opt for the 360 cam. It's a big car and it's definitely hard to judge how close you are to curbs etc.

I have the front radar and I hate the giant rectangle in the front grill but the adaptive cruise control is really nice.. so.. it's a hard call on that. I think I'd keep it if I had to pick.

The interior looks great and in hindsight, I wish I didn't have black seats (as the interior can turn into a bit of a "black hole") so I like what you've picked. I don't know what it's called or the designation but there's a thin "highlight" you can run through the interior that encircles each seat that you might want to think about changing from the black to add some contrast. I would have it in the same color as the seat leather (Rosso Ferrari I think it is?).

This is the highlight I'm talking about circled in white (using :
