    Hello everyone,

I’m Constantin – private pilot and entrepreneur, passionate about design, performance, and precision – both in aviation and on the road.

I’m currently awaiting delivery of a Ferrari Roma Spider, originally scheduled for March 2025, but unfortunately delayed. Hoping to finally receive the car around September 2025.

I’d really appreciate hearing about your own delivery experiences – have you faced delays? Was communication from your dealer or Ferrari clear and helpful?

Also – are you happy with your Spider so far? Have you encountered any issues or concerns worth knowing?

I’ll also be attending a factory visit and track session on June 17–18. For those who’ve done it – what was it like? Any general advice or things to watch for?

Many thanks in advance, and looking forward to joining the Roma community soon!

I've had mine for a few months and have about 800 miles on it. Simply amazing. Very underrated Ferrari dynamically and from a sound point of view. You are going to love it!

My timeline was deposit on day it was announced in spring 2023, spec/config about 4 months later, started production May 2024, delivered Jan 2025.

Thank you so much for the reply and timeline details — very helpful!

I’m really glad to hear your feedback. A lot of people tend to compare the Roma Spider to other Ferraris or GTs, so it’s great to hear that you find it so rewarding dynamically and in terms of sound.

If you don’t mind sharing a bit more:

    • How would you describe the exhaust note during spirited driving?
    • How does the handling feel on twisty roads or at higher speeds?
    • Any quirks or things to get used to in daily use?

Thanks again — I can’t wait to join the Roma Spider club soon!

Exhaust - my SA and I were talking about the exhaust "personalities" of the different models and he coined the RS the "muscle car" of the Ferrari range. I had not previously had that thought but I think he's right. To be clear, the engine itself still makes a very typical "refined" Ferrari sound, but the exhaust itself is a bit deeper than other models. The cold start does not disappoint, that's for sure!

Driving dynamics - I've got 800 miles on mine and honestly haven't had the chance or the nerves to push it on road yet in the way I have my prior sports cars (M3 and various Porsches). That said I drive it in Race most of the time and my main takeaway so far is it feels lighter and more balanced than I expected. You can definitely have some fun with the rear end too. I do run out the engine to full revs regularly and it's bellissimo.

Quirks - none really stand out. I will say the haptics don't annoy/bother me at all. I think part of that is having the center touchscreen so you aren't reliant on haptics for every control like you are in a 296/SF90.

    hope that helps!
