Yes, thats my opinion. In the past, the supercar has provided us the styling theme for the next generation of cars. An exception, I think, to this was the LaFerrari, where it was the 458 and F12 which provided those styling themes, and the LaFerrari just was the most dramatic, exciting, and arguably beautiful of the design concept. This time around I think we have the SF90 and Roma which provided styling themes for the range. The 12 Cilindri seems to me as giving us a preview of whats coming with the F80. And now we have the F80. My own guess is it will provide the styling language for the next generation of Ferraris, but, as I say, this is my own pure speculation. The question I am wondering about is where do they take this model. It’s already so powerful, how much more can they deliver? It’s a very tough task and I frankly lack the imagination to fully realize it. So curious to see what comes.
I don't know. I hope not. The 512S would be a great inspiration, and would fit in with the feature of two prominent spoilers on each side at the rear, as they did on the 296S.
Yes, it is actually a unique design detail that also balances the rear design for the 12 Cilindri. Perhaps a bit less unique now that the F80 has it's own nose stripe. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
