The upper left A arm bolt is blocked by the steel brake line. It looks like the only way I can get this bolt out is to loosed the steel line from the hose? Unless there is a trick I am not aware of? Also, assuming I should slightly jack up the suspension to relieve tension on these bolts?
There is a trick to remove the upper A arms, but I have not done it. @MAD828 can elaborate. If your goal is to remove the front shock assembly, the upper A arms can stay in place. Doesn’t need to be removed.
I was just following PhilB #18 post. Is the shock removed from the top or the bottom? Would prefer to leave upper A arms alone. i
