Image Unavailable, Please Login --The Austrian Grand Prix weekend will have something of a Hollywood feel to it this season with the addition of a Legends Parade – the automotive stars of the screen taking to the track as part of an extravaganza of entertainment.

Celebrating our fascination with cars from film and television, the Legends Parade joins a packed programme at the Red Bull Ring that already includes racing action, live concerts, drift shows and air displays.

To coincide with the premiere of F1 The Movie, one of the original APXGP cars – as driven by Brad Pitt – will feature in the parade, and is set to be joined by a host of vehicles guaranteed to stir emotions and memories.

Iconic racing cars that featured in films, such as Niki Lauda’s 1975 Ferrari 312T and the 1976 Ferrari 312T2 from the film Rush, are also star attractions in the line-up.-- Formula1.com

    It's not a race, it's a movie promotion.

Turn One makes a mockery of track limits !!!

Just for that, I detest that circuit. :D

That stupid tarmac run-off area at Turn One has to go, replaced by kitty litter
As it is, it's an open invitation to go off limits, and get away with it.
    Same for Turn 2.

Ho Hum. The season continues with all the teams putting in the laps and going through the motions, while spending all their money on 2026. As we get deeper into the season, I wonder if ticket prices will have to be slashed to fill the seats, and will season ticket holders start demanding partial refunds. The Liberty owners of F1 are trying to keep up interest with fake news stories about the futures of Vasseur and Hamilton, and about Lando and Max and George playing musical teams...but the truth is that no one is going anywhere. Unless F1 actually goes so far as to "fix" the races...Piastri is the new WDC and George and Lando will fight it our for second and third. The only real contest left this year is which will be the three worst teams.

If the WDC remains close I can see decent levels of ticket sales and viewing numbers online/television. The WCC is over as Mclaren are almost running away now at this point. Other than that each race is 1 closer to new rules and regs which we hope will mix it all up again. Assuming Mercedes PU is not the strongest and they have a good aero/racing platform for it.
