For anyone looking for a good data point, I just sold my 2015 red spider with a tad under 5k miles for $305k net to me. Pristine condition with full service and all records. sticky buttons redone, new battery, spark plugs and tires. I was the original owner. Dealer found a buyer that traded in two cars and paid rest in cash. Maybe could have done a little better on BaT but I didn’t want to deal with haggling over reserve and dealer offered 2 year warranty.

I wasn’t driving it enough to justify the higher cost post warranty. I just hope it doesn’t go into bubble territory now. I don’t have to sell and a part of me wanted to hold given how perfect it was. On the other hand, I can always buy another and not be so anal and just buy a well serviced one to drive and not worry about it. I’ve always been too picky about stone chips and keeping leather nice etc. Takes the enjoyment out of it. I learned a lesson. I wouldn’t buy the new models because they are two fast and just don’t sound the same. Love the naturally aspirated engine. The 458 engine is money!!! $$$

I just purchased a 2014 spider in Bianco Italia (pearl white) with the red interior and racing seats, rear upper bumper in carbon and various other carbon options. Front lift. The car is a high spec car, personally I think its the best color combination, I had been looking for the last 2 years for this color combo. Car has 5,600 miles on it. Flawless condition. MSRP was 367K I paid 315k May of 2025 and feel like I got a very good deal. Personally I think the 458's are classics already with the bigger engine and priceless sound that was lost with the smaller turbo 488 and F8. Time will tell but my guess is the 458 will keep climbing...

Seats can easily be swapped for race seats, I did in mine with zero issues.

    Yours are fantastic!
But with such low miles it would be best on this car if stock.

Shame that nobody will ever drive that car. Although its probably for the best, gonna be a bunch of issues on a car thats been sitting for 10 years.

Would be cool if someone actually started driving the damned thing. Hopefully not relegated to just a museum relic.

Miles too low to drive and enjoy. So it becomes a collection piece? It’s not a special edition so I don’t get the point. Unless buyer really does drive it in which case go get a driver miles car. Idk.

458's with low miles and attractive color combo and rare options should be at msrp now or soon. I would not be surprised if these really start taking off now price wise.

After years of 458 owners claiming prices were going up / or at least were close to, I think eventually they will go up and with older cars now 15 years old, this could now happen soon.
In spite of all the claims, 458 have actually depreciated until now (which was just following a regular price evolution pattern) and could have reached the bottom now - they may stabilise for a while, and then they will go up, following the fate of most Ferrari.

Nice clean unmolested well-spec'd examples now few and far between. Eventually should start driving up price for nice ones I'd think.

My dealer was telling me about 500 mile 2015 458 they had in the shop-- They just can NOT keep that car on the road. They fix something, customer would have it for 1 or 2 days and it would come back with another issue.... this apparently has been going on for over a year... They have replaced almost everything at this point and it's still not drivable reliably.... cars not driven are BAD.... which makes me sad for my 97 Diablo that hasn't been started in 20 years... was fine when my brother and I put it in the garage but we haven't seen it or touched it in 20 years so I can only assume it's more problems than we care to deal with at this point.

As someone who had always been watching, often buying and selling lol, prices are indeed up for very good examples. I would have paid $30k more for my current version if I had to for the low miles and spec.
