TR - Washer fluid line and Cowl Drain Hose

Hi all:

I need to replace the washer fluid lines and windshield cowl drain hose on the driver's side. I am not seeing any way to access these lines under the car. Has anyone replaced these before and how do you gain access?

I do not have the ability to attach a hose and pull it through since the hose is broken at the base where it disappears into the front firewall, so there's nothing to attach it to. Thanks for any guidance.
