    Yes, thats my opinion.

In the past, the supercar has provided us the styling theme for the next generation of cars. An exception, I think, to this was the LaFerrari, where it was the 458 and F12 which provided those styling themes, and the LaFerrari just was the most dramatic, exciting, and arguably beautiful of the design concept. This time around I think we have the SF90 and Roma which provided styling themes for the range. The 12 Cilindri seems to me as giving us a preview of whats coming with the F80. And now we have the F80. My own guess is it will provide the styling language for the next generation of Ferraris, but, as I say, this is my own pure speculation.

The question I am wondering about is where do they take this model. It’s already so powerful, how much more can they deliver? It’s a very tough task and I frankly lack the imagination to fully realize it. So curious to see what comes.

    I don't know. I hope not.

The 512S would be a great inspiration, and would fit in with the feature of two prominent spoilers on each side at the rear, as they did on the 296S.

Much nicer here than in F80. At least here it's done as a hommage to Daytona.
That being said hope they will drop the stupid idea all together

How do you rate the SF90M design compared to the standard SF90? Better ? Worse? @day355

I believe it's no secret, I am not interested in hybrids, but to answer you, it's much simpler, more fluid, while remaining modern and aggressive. It's a trend you'll find in Roma 2 (which has a bit more aggression than Roma 1)... see you on July 1st to make your deductions about the current and upcoming design line, because starting from 12C and Roma 2, you will be able to deduce in a certain way SF90 2 and 296 M...

SF90 is a fantastic car to drive and will certainly have more emotions than future models.

thanks for your response! one last question about this car: it will have a big update like new turbos or a special feature or the main difference will be only the design?

now that I have seen the Amalfi I am not sure to like the new design language… I hope that SF90M and 296M will be better than that.

Wait to see the car in person to have a definitive opinion. There are many lines of leakage and volume that you cannot see behind the screen; you need to be in front of the car and see the light reflecting on it, especially the rear profile.

In pictures the Amalfi looks a bit heavy and blocky, I will reserve judgement for reality.

Too many cut lines on rear plus they’ve removed curves. I do agree with you that final opinion should be based on seeing it in person. Image Unavailable, Please Login

I heard the date of September 9th, in Milan. Therefore, 2 months until the launch of the "SF90 M". I hope there will be some news in the sound aspect. Some models with the F154, depending on the exhaust, can reach good notes (F8, Roma, ...), but in the SF90 there is not the same acoustic result.

I don’t see Ferrari incorporating an electric turbo in what is essentially a mid-cycle refresh. More likely, they’ll add 20 to 50 horsepower, refine the styling with a simpler, more elegant design, and replace the haptic controls on the steering wheel with physical buttons.

SF90 is much louder than a F8, F8 is one off the most quiet car. @ab08
You can see from the current price development that an F8 was a disappointment and no comparison to the Pista, which are getting more and more expensive.
