Looks to me like there is a blanket or towel in the trunk and there is a towel or pad on the roof. If I'm seeing something that is not there, and there is no protection, then I would agree with post #75
That picture reminded me of the time my car was in for some minor work at a local mechanic. I stopped by to see how things were going and when I walked in the UPS driver was there making a delivery and boxes were stacked all over my Ferrari. I don't think the mechanic or the UPS driver will ever forget the explosion!!!!!
