Yeah, this is my feeling as well. I've seen the A30M give live misfire data in videos. Here's a perfect example:

Jump to around 15:30 in the above video and he shows reading the misfire data.

Below is a screen shot and you can see it counting up the misfires in real time right in front of your eyes:

But no such menu when connected to the Ferrari 360; I'm guessing it's just not supported in either the software and/or the Bosch ECU.

Yes, I will see what I can pull up by going into the 360 as well as some different models and see if I can get you that info in a YouTube video or something.

I went to grab some today for you, but this is as far as I can get without the OBD2 bluetooth part connected up to an actual car (see below).

Next time I connect it to my neighbor's 360, I will grab some more screen shots and/or a screen recording for you. Probably a week or so.

    Yes, I am as well.

I'm going to do a full screen recording of the session next time we connect it to my friend's 360 - so I will get that info at some point here and upload it.

I just uploaded the video here:

I ran by my neighbor's house to check the coil packs on his 360 so we hooked up the A30M as well and I was able to grab a screen recording. I edited it all into a video that shows basically what the XTOOL offers when connected to the 360 there.

Also attached it to his 2000 4Runner and magically we had per cylinder mis-fire data logging appear. So it's definitely vehicle dependent as far as what you do or don't get.

It also has a Special Function screen, but again it's dependent on if your specific vehicle supports it and/or if the app provides it. I think it's mainly aimed at later model vehicles.

You're most welcome. It seems like the functionality is very similar to what the Autel offers no?

Was it able to talk to the transmission? For the 231 and newer it should. The 201 and earlier are the units that are problematic to communicate with.
