Lmc..[ATTACH]
Had a talk with the owner in London, it is a self-made car after he sold his original 250 LM to Mr. Kidston.
Others have said the same about the new 2445 GT SWB body. Perhaps they were given a poor buck to work from? They normally do excellent work. Brandoli did not start working at Scaglietti until 1963 and I believe he did not work on the 250 GT SWB Berlinettas but started on Ferrari models including the 250 GTO which by that time were having the roof seams installed on all of them so this may be why the roof seams were mistakenly added to 1962 250 GTO 3589 GT during its recent restoration using the original 1962 body which did not have them originally installed.
Do you see the same as i do? It looks like one of those replicas we see. Id say a GTO ENGINEERING looks better than this one! Curious why it's not sent back to correct the body. Been years since she looks like a drunken version of an swb.
I wouldn't go that far. See post here and scroll down to see where the awful GTO Engineering SWB nose grille shape came from.
Yes Mr. Joy, I think the blue car has nothing to do with his previous LM or Ferrari chassis, just a personal copy.
