The dude is not mentally right. He sets himself up for failure over and over again. He bought the car locally and it is their responsibility to work the issues with Maranello ....that's what they get paid to do. Just about everyone on the planet knows any non-Ferrari modifications will void the warranty......except this guy. Threatening Ferrari is a loser's game.
He reverted the car back to OEM, and Ferrari accepted his car back into the warranty program. They did the fix they claimed was the culprit. The car is throwing codes once again, with the OEM setup. He has had the car in service or not in hand for 500 days. He is making his payments, etc, throughout this time. He does have a legitimate case, I feel.
