    Ferrari just trademarked the name 849 Testarossa, this may be the new Icona.

    Anyone with any insight?

    Ferrari almost lost the trademark for "Testarossa" for lack of use, but managed to recently prevail in a court case. I'm not surprised to see a new trademark application. May not have anything to do with a car.

    It's official- the 849 Testarossa is the SF90 successor... I have no opinions yet. -- well, except I think it had a front end accident at the factory.

    Guess we finally know what 849 means.

    Can we not add that car to the Testarossa / BB subforum? I spend time there and don’t want to see such things, even by accident.

    This new model will drop the value of even the rattiest Testarossa.

    Ya thats pretty pedantic. If you consider an 84-91 a testarossa... Then I don't see how a logical person could say a 512tr isn't.

    Im reading in autocar that ots sub 3500lbs dry and circa 500k. Thats pretty interesting.
    Now imagine this car sans electrics for200lbs and 100k less

    Except that it's 3,990cc - maybe they apply a multiplier because of the hybrid system :p (like some did for turborbochargers, BMW naming its turbocharged 735 a 745...)
