Will a 355 bell housing, flywheel, and single disc clutch fit on a 1989 ferrari 348 without any modifications. And if so, what modifications?
    THANKS!

No it will not just bolt on in place of the 348 housing. The starter mounting is different. With the 348 you can leave one bolt in place holding the starter. with the 355 all 3 starter bolts must be removed. Also with the 355 there is a large spacer plate between the starter and the trans housing. I'm nit sure about the input shaft lengths either. They may very well be different.
