Ferrparts still in business

I was down there at their office & warehouse in Sacramento about a week and a half ago. They seemed busy as normal. The phone number I use is 1-916-974-1939. I exchanged emails with Punu this past Friday, and I'm headed down again this week to pick more stuff up.

So, yeah, they better still be in business!!

 

The 800 number does not belong to them anymore.

 

I'd steer clear of FerrParts and find a different place to get your parts.

 

I believe they restructered and now are called Ferrari Parts Exchange
They were good 2 years ago, direct source for superfromance UK, but I won't use them any more.

Last 5 orders had missing or wrong parts and it took weeks to contact and longer to resolve.
Doug Axt is great but you can see he is swamped to work

I ordered two gasket sets and received one - many hundred$$$$ thank you kindly

 

I’m having an unpleasant experience with them right now. First they had the parts I need ed in stock then they didn’t. My salesperson is a smart ass now. I’ll have to cancel my order and dispute the charge.

 

Tried ordering from them years ago and instantly found out they are fly by night! There are numerous reputable suppliers no need to deal with substandard service.

 

I need valve guides for a 330 2+2….any recommendations?

 

Now I’m getting a generic email response blaming Monterey Car Week. Sad

 

I've always had great purchase experiences from GT Car Parts in AZ... FerrParts is my VERY LAST go to place for parts
