The previous car(s) was downright gorgeous compared to this pimpmobile

How on earth can anyone have such sad taste (actually, no taste at all).....

Egads! Custom car builders become cartoonists…. They have skills, but they are certainly misdirected.

Disgusting. The car and the builder deserve each other, a perfect fit.

Pimps & their staffs around the world may take offense on that comment/comparison.

I call them grease monkeys. One in Florida put Ferrari Enzo type noses on...Porker 911's. Hand skills but totally ignorant.

Like to think I did a better job than that 612TR or whatever it is, it certainly isn’t pretty. Loved my TR replica sold it last year. Would definitely build another one.

Why'd you sold it if you "loved" it ?
How many miles you enjoyed that love affair ?

    A. My guess, a palatable offer was received, and

    B. He can build another.

So not a true love, I take it.

Or would you sell someone or -thing you claim to truly love, even if it isn't real and then get or make a clone/copy/replica (pun intended) of it ?

I tried to brave it, but had to stop at about 00:20, right after the commentator said "... and they truly don't care what you think", yet "they" decided to produce & share a "promotional"(?) video about it anyway ?!? L O L !

Yes totally, you can love something and still sell it. People have lives and priorities outside of owning cars. Also my passion is building cars, knowing that I can build another takes a little bit of the sting out of it. One of my other favorite cars of that period is the Aston Martin DBR1 which I think is even prettier than the 57TR I might build one of those next. I take a massive amount of enjoyment from the development and building of the cars as much as the owning of them.
