Your wing and mounting look like a modified copy of the 355C wing I have seen before. Wing is too narrow and chord length too short for 360C. And the mounting is also not very strong with limited wing angle adjustment.

Correct 360C wing and mounting should look something like this. I may have a spare set.

There are not so many official rear wing variations.
The 360 Challenge cars never had rear wings fitted. Any that have a wing are retro fitted and could have come from any source.
The first 360GT's - these being the late 2000 Fia GT cars entered by JMB at Magny Cours and those that were campaigned by JMB in FIA Gt and the French FFSA Gt in 2001 had the first version curved wing. From 2002 on, all official first series cars had a straight rear wing with 2 central support pillars. The GTC had end mounts with a curved lower edge where it met the bodywork. This reverted back to a straight wing with central supports by Le Mans 2004. Hope this helps?
Just to mention also that JMB USA ran a challenge car in the 2005 Grand Am Gt series...with a rear wing. But this was their addition, not a factory or Michelotto standard fitment.
The Autopalace pictures showing the car at Le Mans are the only ones with correct wings.

The N-GT/GT wings I am familiar with are all GrandAm spec. ALMS and FIA may be different.

But, I agree with Fernardi that the 360C did not have an official wing.

Was your car an ex Prancing horse racing car from the Nations cup series? Mine was one of the 9 that came over in the early 2000's. We have the same front splitter too.

Prancing Horse Racing developed their own aero kit for the 360 Challenge in Nations Cup Racing. Both of your cars have this kit fitted.

I can't remember exactly where they sourced the wing from; but contact Phil Hughes who was one of the team mechanics at the time. He will know for sure.

Otherwise try Maranello Motorsport, some of the guys from the old Prancing Horse Racing team might still be around.

The wing in the first picture is from APR. I was emailing with the seller last year when it was for sale. Beautiful car. Sadly I didn't end up with this car. I believe Vivid Racing sells this wing as mentioned earlier in this thread. Seemed like a reasonable price for the wing.

I just got an original N-GT wing for my Challenge Stradale from Michelotto. They make the real authentic wings for the Ferrari Challenge teams.

Nothing is cheap these days. The rear N-GT wing I bought right from Michelotto for my 360 CS was $12,000 Euro without shipping and taxes. I don't regret it at all, it's the right part for my CS and I wouldn't settle for anything less.
