    2010 HGTE. On the seats when I press the button, the lumbar doesn't increase. You can hear the motor running, but nothing happens. Any ideas/advice? The bolsters work fine.

    Most likely the little plastic tubes in the seat that pipe the bladders to the compressor have fractured. They tend to break over time, often at the hinge point of the seat. Simple enough to repair with the seat out and the trim pieces popped off, though the latter can take a little bravery if you have carbon trim, as it can take a lot of force to make the trim pop out.
