I’ve noticed my Testarossa’s oil temp seems to run rather low. The photo is after driving around 40-50 miles at speeds between 70 to 110 mph in 90F weather. In the winter, the needle usually stays at 140 when cruising, only rising when idling for a significant amount of time but dropping again when in motion. Are these oil temps normal?

Yes. It has no thermostat and a very large oil cooler. When I lived in the SF Bay Area in winter the needle often never moved.
    Nothing to worry about.

Brian is correct. If you are pushing the car and using a lot of RPM, it will go up but just driving around will have low oil temp. Hurts nothing.
