Six months, exactly!

 

I actually prefer Indy to F1 these days, they need to get more races on the schedule and more $ in the sport.

 

Is there any truth that the Indycar season is curtailed every year not to clash with football ?

That seems odd to me: these are 2 completely different sports, each with its own audience, I presume.

Maybe the sponsors dictate that ... or the TV channels.

Surprised Herta took that role.

 

He might get a couple of FP1 drives. Otherwise tons of simulator work.

 

and F2 to get enough Superlicense points...

 

Beyond upset about this move...I've had grandstand tickets in the same spot for about a decade. All that seniority is gone and the friends in the "prime spot" will be all over. I loved my streets of Toronto

my understanding is Honda Canada (based in Markham) is funding this. shame they didn't go to Mosport/CTMP
